2015 – The Year of the Lord’s Favor

December 31, 2014

“There remains very much land to be possessed.”  – Joshua 13:1

Being the last day of December and headed into a new year, this verse has so much meaning to it!  This is the last day of 2014 but tomorrow is the beginning of 2015.  And there is still so much land to be possessed!   It’s not over… it’s just beginning.

I’ve been thinking over the past year and how much God has blessed me.  Even yesterday Corey said to me, “Baby we are so blessed!  We have everything we need and most everything we want.  God is so good.”  I can not even begin to describe the abundance God has poured into our  marriage.  It’s amazing to see the Hand of God working!

2014 was a year of a lot of changes for me.  New husband, new home, new friends, new church and a whole new way of life.  I can only imagine what God has in store for next year!  “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1 Cor. 2:9)  That verse just gets me giddy!  I don’t’ think it can get any better than the last 2 years have been.  Oh BUT GOD…  Oh BUT GOD… Oh it can get better!  I’m sure of it!

Beautifully said. No matter what the new year holds. God is faithful. We are blessed indeed!
