Yesterday I was waiting for the train in the West end and the Holy Spirit was present down there! On Saturdays there are always people there preaching the Word. One guy was preaching forgiveness and salvation. As I walked by him, I noticed he was blind. I said a quick prayer for him.
When I got to our normal spot that we wait for the train, there was a group of people standing around a guy with a guitar. They were singing a song of worship. And then they sped it up a little and started singing freestyle. “Elohim…Adonai…Yeshua.” And the beat was so catchy. I couldn’t help but sing with them. The guys from the house were looking at me funny, but I couldn’t help it. How could I not worship when I get the chance! Even on the street, waiting for the train, with people I don’t even know, who are out there with no shame, glorifying God! It was AWESOME!
I see the courage in these people who just want others to know the joy and salvation of our Lord. Some might look at them and think they are weird…fanatics. But all I see is courage and boldness to go where God sends me.
