Yesterday I had a special treat after work. While waiting for the train to go back to the halfway house, Cindy and I stopped in at the Guitar Center to “try-out” some keyboards. I haven’t got to sit down and play since I got out and I had been craving some piano!
There were so many cool keyboards to choose from. We couldn’t decide which one to play on. But as soon as we sat down, I was lost in the music. We got to play for about half an hour before I had to catch the train. But that half hour of worship lifted my spirit so much.
I can’t wait to get my own set up and get my music started! There will definitely be more trips to Guitar Center to borrow the keyboards. I just miss being able to play and sing every day. But this is only temporary. I’ll be home soon.
