Psalm 142:7 By Skipper Giardina

In this world I’m so caught up, following others, wasting my time.
Then I hear my Shepherd calling “Come back cause you are Mine.”
I know His voice and remember His warmth, the love of His embrace.
Jesus is my Shepherd, one day I’ll see His face.

Bring my soul out of prison so that I can praise Your Name.
Cause it isn’t my body I worry about, but my heart that stays in pain.
Bring my soul out of prison so the righteous will surround me.
You’re the only One I want and You’re providing all I need.

My soul is free from prison, I rejoice and praise Your Name.
My body can be wherever it is, but my heart will know no pain.
You freed my soul from prison, I’m surrounded by Your touch.
You’ve given my everything I need in truth that is Your love.

Bring my soul out of prison so that I can praise Your Name.
Cause it isn’t my body I worry about, but my heart that stays in pain.
Bring my soul out of prison so the righteous will surround me.
You’re the only One I want and You’re providing all I need.

Psalm 142:7 “Bring my soul out of prison that I may praise Your Name; the righteous shall surround me for you shall deal bountifully with me.”
