Choir 5-23-10

When I was asked to lead the choir – at first I wasn’t sure I wanted to.  There was a lot  of drama before and a lot of people that were not representing Jesus that were a part of it.  So I prayed and I prayed.  And I felt God telling me to take over and make some changes.  So that’s what I did.  I made it very clear that this choir was to give God glory.  Every member needs to represent Jesus in every aspect of their life.  And they do!  And when we meet for practice I feel the joy and the love that these women have for the Lord.  We have fun.  I am glad to know that these ladies enjoy praising God.  Tonight we are singing Shackles.  It is fast and we get to dance around.  I pray that the Holy Spirit fills us with indescribable joy!  I pray that the Spirit rains down on church tonight!!  I am so blessed to be a part of the choir.  It is my favorite time of the whole week.  I feel so much peace in my life right now.  I know that this is where God needs me!  This is exactly where I am supposed to be!
